Last week for MDBD we made Butterfinger Blondies, which we found at Six Sister's Stuff
Butterfinger Blondies
| Here are all our ingredients |
1 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp coarse sea salt
2 cups coarsely chopped Butterfinger Bars (approx 16 “Fun Size” bars)
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp coarse sea salt
2 cups coarsely chopped Butterfinger Bars (approx 16 “Fun Size” bars)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°Cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla and eggs and mix until incorporated.
On low add your dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking soda) until just combined.
Stir in your chopped Butterfinger.
Spread in a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 25 minutes until center is JUST set. (They will seem like they aren't done, but they are)
Remove from oven and cool completely.
| Enjoying a Butterfinger |
This recipe also called for a Butterfinger Butter Cream Icing; however all I could taste was butter so we decided not to put it on the blondies. If you would like to give it a try, the recipe can be found on the original source page, which is linked at the top if this post.

5= Not Bad, but Not Great
10= Best Thing I've Ever Eaten
Scott- 5 ("Not bad but bland")
Kristin - 5 (They were ok, but there wasn't much butterfinger flavor. I've made better blondies)
